A unbelievable amount of time, effort and money is being invested in astro turf training area and lights on back pitches. Please be patient, we are all volunteers and are doing our best.

This development has almost completely depleted our funds. So I would encourage everyone to pay there subs ASAP.

This development is for the future our children and grandchildren. It is part of a bigger plan called PROJECT 2024

The following is the current position:-

1. A large number of lights have been fitted to poles at rear and sides of back pitches.

2. 9 new poles have been installed on back pitches.

3. Superior floodlights will be installed on poles between back pitches. Delivery due on Thursday and hopefully fitted and working for next week.

4. Workmen arrived on site to lay shock pads and astro turf last Saturday morning. Unfortunately the shock pads that arrived were not as ordered. Hence work could not progress. We are awaiting delivery of correct pads.

5. When development is complete we will review the situation. If extra lights or poles are required we will install them.
